PRICING
Prices do not included shipping charges. All shipments to a British Columbia address will be charged the 7.5% Provincial Sales Tax. All shipments within Canada will be charged the 7% GST. All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Due to the cost of processing an order, our minimum order is twenty-five ($25.00) dollars, unless it is just books.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Every single order that we ship will cost a different amount. This is due to weight, size and distance plus the carrier that is used. Until your order it packed, weighed and ready to ship, it is impossible to determine the cost of shipping. Our prices DO NOT include shipping charges. All freight charges are paid by the customer, FOB Victoria, BC, Canada. All International shipments will go via UPS, unless specified by the customer. We ship UPS, Parcel Post and Greyhound Express. We will choose the carrier unless specified by our customer. All freight is insured and shipped collect, unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer.
DAMAGES
Small parcel service i.e.: UPS, Greyhound, Canada Post and any courier company refuse to accept responsibility for breakage and so do we. NOTE: Canada Post insures for loss only- not breakage or damage. Once small parcel shipments have left our premises, the responsibility of it's delivery passes to the carrier. It is worthwhile for you to become knowledgeable about your carrier's policies. If there is reason to believe that there is damage, either hidden or visible, mark the delivery slip as such before the driver leaves, then if necessary, call the shipping company to commence an insurance claim.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Canadian Money Orders. We can also ship COD, but there is an additional eight($8.00) charge. All COD orders will be shipped via UPS.
RETURNS:
There are no returns on books, videos, glass, metals, foils, concrete products, kits or special orders All merchandise that is returned, must have an authorization number. DO NOT RETURNED ANY MERCHANDISE WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. All returned items must be in their Original packaging and no credits will be allowed on merchandise returned which is not re-saleable.
BOXING CHARGE
When your order includes glass, it it packed into custom made boxes to ensure it's safe arrival. The cost of these boxes is
Small Glass box $5.00- holds 10 pieces of glass 12" x 12"
Large Glass box $10.00- holds 10 to 12 pieces of glass 12" x 24"
Glass rods or tubes $7.
